Kara Davis Wins Arkansas Milken Educator Award

Still in shock, fourth-grade teacher Kara Davis walks to the front of the gymnasium to accept Arkansas' 2016-17 Milken Educator Award. A strong advocate for technology in the classroom, Davis organized and led a fundraising campaign to bring one-to-one computing to her students.
