CT Has a New Milken Educator ... Manuel Zaldivar!

Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, plays a guessing game with the students at Smalley Academy, with volunteers holding up cards representing the amount of the Award's cash prize. When Connecticut Education Commissioner Dr. Dianna R. Wentzell shows up with the final zero, the total is revealed: $25,000!
