New Mexico Secretary of Education Hanna Skandera tells the assembly about the school's upcoming PARCC (Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers) assessment. But the program takes an unexpected turn when Skandera introduces a surprise guest: Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards.
