Biotech Teacher Nicki Derryberry Wins AZ Milken Award

 

 

Milken Educator Award winner Nicki Derryberry takes the microphone to address the assembly at Red Mountain High School. She dedicates her Award to her students: "You will change the world," she tells them. Derryberry is known for her creative teaching methods. She runs her classroom like a company; groups of students work at stations and are in charge of their own equipment and materials.
