Milken Family Foundation Chairman and Co-Founder Lowell Milken explains the award he is about to present. "I wouldn’t be here if not for the tremendous progress the students themselves are making and that you have many fine teachers," he says. The world showers athletes, actors and musicians with awards—it's time to honor teachers the same way.
