Kimberly Moreno Wins NJ 2015 Milken Educator Award

One of the primary goals of the Milken Educator Award is to encourage young people to consider careers in education, says Milken Family Foundation Chairman and Co-Founder Lowell Milken as he addresses the students of Union City High School. “I was fortunate to have outstanding teachers. They enabled me to take advantage of life’s opportunities....When you think about what you’re going to do with your life, think about becoming an educator.”
