That's one big check! Milken Family Foundation Chairman and Co-Founder Lowell Milken presents Union City High School health sciences teacher Kimberly Moreno with the 2015-16 Milken Educator Award and $25,000. What will she do with the money? Pay off student loans for the Ph.D. in Educational Leadership she's working on at the College of St. Elizabeth and buy equipment for her classroom, Moreno says.
