A festive assembly celebrating Drew Central Elementary's "One School, One Book" program turns into a life-changing surprise for one outstanding teacher! Watch as National Institute for Excellence in Teaching Chief Executive Officer Dr. Joshua Barnett, representing the Milken Family Foundation, presents third grade teacher Emily Howard with a $25,000 Milken Educator Award, with the help of Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Department of Education Secretary Jacob Oliva. She is the first ever Milken Award recipient in Drew Central Schools. It's a day everyone will remember forever!
