Newly-minted Milken Educator Dr. Johnny Walker receives a surprise video message from Texas Governor Greg Abbott.

On behalf of the entire state, thank you for investing in our youngest Texans and equipping them with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to succeed and achieve their dreams," says Governor Abbott.
