Christine Bayard Joins LA Milken Educators

 

 

With Milken Educator Awards Founder Lowell Milken looking on proudly, Christine Bayard addresses the assembly gathered in her honor. "I have had the best principals, assistant principals, mentors, master teachers, co-workers, cafeteria workers, custodians," she says to the crowd. Ten years ago, Christine came from a job in retail to teach at JHOP and thanks her colleagues and administrators for taking a chance on her. "You have supported me through all of this and kept me going," she tells them.
