Biographical Information
John Pandolfo is currently serving as Director of Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment for the Barre Supervisory Union in Barre, Vermont. John also serves as the administrative officer for the State of Vermont Licensing Hearing Panel, reviewing cases where educator's licenses are under investigation and advocating for educators in this role. John taught mathematics for nineteen years before moving to administration in 2012. He has taught Advanced Placement Calculus or Statistics for fifteen years and has served as an AP Exam Reader. John worked as teacher and Department Head of Mathematics at U-32 High School in East Montpelier, Vermont, as teacher and Department Head of Mathematics at Spaulding High School in Barre, Vermont, as mathematics teacher at Berkeley High School in Berkeley, California, and as teacher and Department Head of Mathematics at John O'Connell Technical Alternative High School in San Francisco. Educated as a Chemical Engineer, John began his professional career with United Technologies Corporation in Connecticut working on research, development, and commercial testing of fuel cell power plants. John also holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
