Biographical Information

After receiving his MEA in 2003, Alex left the classroom to enter the world of school administration. After seven years as a high school principal, Alex has entered the private sector to serve as the Chief Academic Officer of the New Global Academy. In this role Alex will strive to offer all students the richest and most engaging learning experiences possible. Alex has published several articles in Principal Leadership and has co-authored two books with his writing partner, Tim Healey. These books are The Insider's Guide to High School: A Parent's Handbook for the Ninth Grade Year and The Insider's Guide for Students: A Handbook for the Ninth Grade Year.
