Biographical Information

Chad Caldwell currently teaches high school-level Honors Physical Science, Honors Chemistry, and Anatomy & Physiology at Brookings High School in Brookings. Mr. Caldwell believes in discovery-style teaching methods in science instruction, allowing students to use a scientific approach to discovering concepts for themselves. Mr. Caldwell designs and supervises set construction for the theater and advises the S.A.D.D. program. He also coordinates a 12-member improvisational theater troupe that uses live drama in the classroom to teach students about issues such as child abuse, drug and alcohol abuse, depression and suicide.
